add directions for php setup

i think the article could be enhanced for the inexperienced if you either linked to existing directions on how to setup a server (likely a localhost, probably using apache) w/php+mysql, or put a quick set of instructions in the article itself. free AMP stacks for pretty much every platform exist, so you could link any/many of those, too. --NeoLogiX 18:22, 10 February 2011 (GMT)
